Brian Sanford grew up in Garland, Texas, and has practiced law in Dallas since 1986. He started out representing corporations in business litigation but soon began representing individuals damaged when others violate the law.
“Representative government and trial by jury are the heart and lungs of liberty. Without them we have no other fortification against being ridden like horses, fleeced like sheep, worked like cattle, and fed and clothed like swine and hounds.” – John Adams, 1774
Most of the time Brian pursues workplace violations. He also pursues cases where the verdict will make the community safer.
Brian is known for his forthrightness, courage, and commitment to justice.
Brian gives back through his church where he serves as a Deacon, a Sunday School Teacher, and a Choir Member. He was also a member of the Dallas Symphony Chorus as a Tenor for over 20 years.
His vocation is enforcing the law as a private attorney general, helping others balance the inequity of injustice in their lives with compensation allowed by the law. When the law is enforced, rights are restored and the community is safer.
